Free COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on December 15

En Español

Dear SCUSD families and staff,

On December 15 from 12-7 p.m., we are partnering with the Santa Clara County Public Health Department to bring another COVID-19 vaccine clinic to Santa Clara Unified School District. Our vaccine clinic will be held at Wilson High School in the multipurpose room (1840 Benton Street, Santa Clara) — first, second, and booster doses are available and no appointment is needed.

The COVID-19 vaccine is the best protection against COVID-19. When your child is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, it protects your child, your family, your friends, our school, and the whole community. The vaccine clinic will offer shots FREE to all students ages 5 and older and their family members.

Getting vaccinated at this clinic at the school is optional, but we hope you take advantage of this convenient service. Parents or guardians must give their consent for a child to get the vaccine. If you give permission, your child can be vaccinated even if you cannot be there, just fill out the forms ahead of time using the links below. You will receive a call on the telephone if there are any questions during vaccination.

All students and their families are welcome regardless of immigration status. You do not need health insurance. Nurses will be available to answer your questions. There will be staff available who can speak to you in your preferred language.
