Bracher Spreads Kindness and Cheer in the Community

In May, Ms. Denise, Bracher Extended Day Site Supervisor, Ms. Sachi, Bracher Paraeducator, and Ms. Tina, Bracher Secretary, collaborated to put together a Bracher Kindness & Pride Campaign, creating a wonderful outdoor art exhibit to share with the entire Bracher Elementary School community.

Anyone driving or walking on Bowers Avenue by the school can brighten their day by viewing the student-created artwork adorning the fences and gates. Additionally, one of the trees is brightly decorated with kindness messages, written and designed on butterflies, flowers, and heart shapes, from students across grade levels.

“The hope of the campaign was to share the Bracher kindness spirit and hope during this difficult time, to spread cheer,” said Ms. Tina. “Our students expressed themselves artistically with very little to no direction and most importantly they enjoyed their time having some FUN while being back on campus to finish off the 2020-2021 school year.”

What a great way to spread hope and cheer in our community. Don’t forget to check out the beautiful display if you are in the area!
