FREE Walk-in Vaccinations on 5/11, 5/12 and 5/13 at Levi’s Stadium for 16-19-year-olds & Families

The summer brings increased social events, graduation parties, and gatherings. In an effort to get more students and young adults fully protected, the San Francisco 49ers and county officials are hosting teenage vaccination nights for 16-19-year-olds and their families on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m at Levi's Stadium - no appointments needed!

Enter through the Great America Parkway entrance 

Who Can Attend?

  • The event is for 16 and older high school students and their families.
    • Students age 16 and 17 need permission from their parent or guardian to get vaccinated which could be: 
      • A signed form
      • A parent or guardian with you 
      • A telephone call to your parent or guardian 
  • You don't need health insurance. 
  • Everyone is welcome regardless of immigration status. 

Why Attend?

Vaccination is your ticket to a safer graduation and prom. Get vaccinated now before you start college in the fall to enjoy hanging out with your friends safely. 

Youths getting the free vaccination also get some 49ers swag (while supplies last), a tour of an NFL locker room, and the first 100 teens each night receive $10 gift cards to Starbucks and Chipotle. A DJ will also be there, along with the 49ers’ mascot Sourdough Sam.
