- Interest Application Deadline: January 31, 2025
- Placement Offers and Registration for Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP)-Qualifying TK-5th Grade Students: February 3-14, 2025
- Placement Offers and Registration for Non-Qualifying (Private Pay) Students: February 24 - March 31, 2025
Important Notes
- A new Interest Application is required for all students, even if your child is currently enrolled in an after-school program.
- These dates are for the 2025-2026 school year. Summer 2025 program dates will be announced separately.

Priority will be given in the following order:
- Priority 1: Students experiencing homelessness, in foster care, or who are low-income
- Priority 2: English learners
- Priority 3: Students enrolled in fee-based programs through the end of 2024-2025
- Priority 4: All other students interested in a fee-based program
