Bus Pass Applications
The bus pass application for the 2026-2027 school year is now open. Due to capacity limitations on our school buses, students will be accepted based on when the bus pass application was received. Once buses are full, students will be placed on a waitlist and accepted as seats become available.
2026-2027 BUS PASS APPLICATION
We accept online bus pass applications, through the link above, and paper bus pass applications, which can be obtained at your student's school or from the bus driver.
Bus passes will be mailed to address on file with the District.
If you need to change your address, please visit our Address Change webpage, contact the Enrollment Center at 408-423-3596 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., email enrollment@scusd.net, or in person at 1840 Benton St, Room H1, Santa Clara.
Bus routes and times are subject to change; if you need bus stop information, please contact (408) 423-2065.
Bus stop information for the 2026-2027 school year will not be available until mid July.

The mission of the Transportation Department is to provide safe transportation services that enhance the educational opportunities for our students. Each employee is dedicated to behaviors that guarantee courtesy to our customers and those with whom we share the road. Service to our community is our shared value and the measure of our success.
Who is Eligible to Apply for a Bus Pass?
We transport to the following schools at certain neighborhood locations: Agnew, Bowers, Braly, Buchser, Community Day, Hughes, Huerta, MacDonald, Mayne, Montague, New Valley, Santa Clara, Westwood Wilcox, and Wilson.
Students who are attending a school on Open Enrollment are not eligible for transportation.
Bus Pass Protocol
Bus passes will be mailed to address on file with the District. Students whose applications we have received will have a grace period until October 1st where bus passes are not required. After this date, all students are required to scan their bus passes as they enter and exit the bus.
Bus Routes
For the safety of students, bus routes will no longer be posted on this site. Please contact your student's school or the transportation department for bus stop information.
