Uwill - Virtual Mental Health Support (formerly TBH)
TBH is now Uwill!
Santa Clara Unified School District offers virtual mental health and wellness services. Our former service provider, TBH (To Be Honest), has been acquired by Uwill, a leading provider of student mental health and wellness services. Through this transition, all SCUSD middle and high school students will continue to have free, direct access to mental health support — no school referral needed.
Starting October 14, services will officially transition to the Uwill platform. Students will receive the same great care they had with TBH, along with additional enhanced features.
- Immediate access to licensed therapists based on student preferences (therapy available via video, phone, chat, or messaging — including same-day appointments).
- 24/7/365 crisis support: Students experiencing a mental health crisis can speak with a trained, licensed therapist any time by calling 833-455-0331.
- On-demand wellness programming: Access to self-guided resources like yoga, meditation, mindfulness sessions, and more.
- Parent webinars on a variety of mental health topics to support families.

How to Get Started
Students can easily sign up by clicking the Uwill tile in their ClassLink portal, or by visiting https://app.uwill.com and selecting “Get Started.” After registering, students will have full access to their personalized Uwill account.
What This Means for Students
24/7 access, anytime, anywhere! Uwill is available for secondary students around the clock. Whether it’s during school breaks, weekends, or after school hours, students can access therapy sessions via phone or computer via the ClassLink Portal.
During this transition support will continue to be available through the TBH portal.
