TBH — To Be Honest
The holiday season can be a joyful time, but it can also bring added stress. SCUSD is here to help! Through our enhanced partnership with TBH (To Be Honest), we’re offering free virtual mental health services to all SCUSD middle and high school students. The best part is that middle and high school students can access these essential services directly, without a referral from school staff — making it simple to get support when it’s needed the most.
What This Means for Students
24/7 access, anytime, anywhere! TBH is available for middle and high school students around the clock. Whether it’s during school breaks, weekends, or after school hours, students can access therapy sessions via phone or computer via the ClassLink Portal or through the TBH Portal. Crisis support is also available anytime through the “Talk to a Coach Now” button in the TBH portal.
