New Administrators Cohort

The new administrator's cohort is designed to meet the immediate informational and leadership needs of new principals as well as experienced principals who are new to their schools.

Using SCUSD Essential Leadership Priorities, colleagues collaborate on topics such as instructional leadership, equity, cultural responsiveness and social justice issues, and engagement of families and community members. Participants meet monthly in person or virtually for one school year and register for each monthly session by logging into KickUp.
