The Administrators Academy is designed to support new or advanced principals and vice principals' learning needs as they onboard to Santa Clara Unified School District. Academy participants improve their knowledge and skills, increase their specialized expertise, and refresh their leadership practices by engaging in professional learning opportunities and collaborative discussions. Principals meet monthly throughout the year and have ongoing coaching support from an experienced SCUSD administrator.
