Maintenance and Operations

The Maintenance, Grounds, and Operations department is responsible for general facility operations, facility upgrade and repair projects, acceptance of new building construction, maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds, and custodial services and upkeep.

Maintenance and Grounds

Delivers maintenance, repair, and utility services for facilities and accompanying grounds utilizing electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, locksmith, roofing, welding & sheet metal, floor covering, and masonry trades. The grounds staff are solely responsible for the upkeep of all district fields, planting areas, irrigation systems, and landscaping.

Operations (Custodial)

Provides regular custodial cleaning services to all school sites and district buildings during the school year. Custodians perform deep cleaning of schools during the summer months, as well as other non-school break periods.

Facility and Administrative

Provides overall management of all division responsibilities, financial accounting, record keeping, substitute staff and reporting, the maintenance work order system, deferred maintenance programs, and asset management & tracking.
