Benefits
Santa Clara Unified School District is committed to supporting the well-being of our staff and their families by offering a variety of benefits.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an important free benefit available to all employees, even if you don't have insurance through SCUSD.
The EAP is a free, confidential resource designed to support SCUSD staff members and their family when managing life’s challenges. Whether you’re dealing with personal issues, need guidance on work-life balance, or just need someone to talk to, the EAP is here to help.
Who can use the EAP?
The EAP is available to all employees, regardless of whether you have medical insurance through SCUSD or not.
What can the EAP help with?
Counseling
Quickly connect with a professional counselor for support on personal and emotional issues.
Educational Resources
Explore articles, podcasts, and videos on topics like emotional wellness and work-life balance.
Legal and Financial Support
