Teacher Housing Foundation

In an effort to support our valued educators, the Santa Clara Unified School District has provided a housing solution since 2001. We initially constructed 40 residential units, followed by an additional 30 units in 2008, resulting in a total of 70 units. These apartments are made available to our dedicated teachers at a reduced rate, 80% of the market rate, with the aim of helping them save for homeownership after 7 years.

The Casa Del Maestro Apartment Complex is conveniently situated on a school site that is primarily leased to various K-12 entities. Our complex offers a variety of unit styles designed to meet the needs of educators.
