Briarwood Elementary Modernization

Project Updates as of June, 2026:

The Work is divided into phases beginning with site work summer 2025. Work will extend into the 2025-26 school year. All projects phases will be completed by the end of 2026:

• New parking lot and drives.
• Two new classrooms buildings with six classrooms and support spaces.
• New preschool/K playground with shade.

• Roofing is complete. Solar panel supports in place. 
• Interior drywall is underway 
• The Verkada security and access systems are being incorporated into the project. 
• Work is commencing on the new lots, drives and Townsend Avenue street improvements.
