Santa Clara Unified School District Meal Service During School Closure
We are offering FREE “grab and go” meal pick up for our at-risk community each Monday during the closure.
Next Monday, March 23 and each Monday onwards, families who need meal assistance will receive five (5) breakfasts and five (5) lunches per child in their family. This meal service allows at-risk families to pick up five days’ worth of breakfasts and lunches for each child 18 years of age and under, or developmentally disabled adults. Our goal is to ensure food for all families that need it. If you depend on school meals, please visit only one meal site so that we may have enough for our at-risk families.
Meals will be distributed on a “grab and go” basis so, if you drive, please stay in your car. Do not leave your car. If you are walking, please keep at least six feet between each group. If you drive, please do not walk up. Please do not come if you are sick.
Breakfast and lunch for five (5) days can be picked up at the following locations between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m on Mondays:
- Mayne Elementary School, 5030 N First, Alviso
- Don Callejon K-8 School, 4176 Lick Mill Blvd., Santa Clara
